This session will focus on recent and anticipated Medicaid developments that have or could have significant implications for the program, states, plans and providers. This session will look at recently proposed and implemented policies, including the Medicaid financial accountability proposed regulations, the Healthy Adult Opportunity waiver, and the newly implemented public rule. Also the impact the COVID-19 funding on the Medicaid programs will be addressed.
